Communion receptions
The First Holy Communion is a special event for the Child and their entire Family. To joyfully experience this day and not get completely consumed by the preparations associated with organizing the reception, it is worth taking advantage of our proposal, specially prepared by Hotel Habenda in Budzyń. We will take care of the exceptional decor and a special menu.
Our professional team guarantees a successful family event and satisfaction with pleasant memories for a lifetime. Experience this day in reflection with your Child and do not worry about matters that we can handle for you.
The offer includes:
- Communion menu – the entire set is per person, meaning there are as many portions of each menu item as there are people.
Sets can be modified. If the modified items are within the same price range, it can be done at no extra cost. Soup and dessert are served, while the main course, starch sides, and salads are served on platters. - Waiter service.
- Room rental.
Each communion has its own room. We do not combine several communions in one room. - Standard table decoration (white tablecloth, white cones, tableware + cutlery, candles).
Additional charges:
- Drinks billed by consumption (group price list) or soft open bar option (water, juices, coffee - black and white, tea without limits) priced at 50.00 PLN/person.
- Cake priced at 70 PLN/kg.
- Standard cake – prices from 100 PLN/kg. For artistic cakes, individual pricing applies.
- Chocolate fountain (2 hours): with fruits - 550.00 PLN, with fruits, wafers, and marshmallows - 680.00 PLN.
- Candy bar (sweet table – minimum 15 people) - 35 PLN/person. Each person includes 3 pieces of sweets.
- Filleted fruits: 15 PLN/person.
- Flower arrangements – individual pricing (depends on size).
- White chair covers – 12 PLN/piece.
- White chair covers with sashes (sashes come in various colors) – 14 PLN/piece.
Children under 3 free of charge.
Children from 3 to 8 years – 50% discount on catering.
Bringing your own cakes and tortes incurs a service fee.
Guaranteed reservation: A deposit of at least 500 PLN is required.
